Avaya Callmaster I telephones were designed to help call center agents maximize their efficiency. The Callmaster I phone not only is compact and lightweight, it also provides more capabilities than conventional digital phones. The Avaya Callmaster's design complements the latest non-agent phones.

Callmaster I phones help agents handle each call easily. For example, the Callmaster will support many contact center skills. Red and green status lights on each call appearance button allows agents to see the status at a glance. Callmaster I phones have fixed buttons for features that agents often use (Redial, Transfer, Hold, and Conference). With optional voice messaging, a message waiting light alerts agents to messages left by callers. Callmaster I phone's sixteen buttons will give agents one touch access to a choice of features.
