Avaya Callmaster V phones were designed to help contact center agents maximize their productivity. The compact, lightweight Callmaster V telephone provides more capabilities than conventional digital phones (while taking up less of the desktop than most other agent phones). The Avaya Callmaster V's design also complements the latest non-agent phones, such as the Avaya 6400 series phones. Callmaster V phones help agents handle each call with ease. For instance, the phone can support multiple contact center skills. Red and green status lamps on each call appearance buttons will allow agents to see status at a glance. The Callmaster V phone has fixed buttons for features that agents often use (Conference, Transfer, Hold, and Redial). With optional voice messaging, a message waiting light alerts agents to messages left by callers, other agents, and supervisors. Callmaster V phone's sixteen programmable buttons can give agents one touch access to a choice of contact center features.
